For symptomatic relief of dry eyes associated with the sicca syndrome.
Directions for use:
For ocular administration only - instill into the conjunctival sac. Hold the tube in an upright position so that a small drop, which falls easily from the tip, is formed. Unless otherwise directed, instill 1 drop into the conjunctive sac 3-5 times daily including retiring at night.
Warnings and Precautions for use:
- Wearers of contact lenses should remove their lenses before Vidisic is instilled and should wait for 15 minutes before they insert them again.
- Intolerance reactions to one of the ingredients may be seen in isolated cases. Vidisic gel contains cetrimide as a preservative which, particularly when used frequently or for a long period, may cause ocular irritation (burning, redness, foreign body sensation) and may damage the corneal epithelium.
- Preservative-free medicinal products should therefore be preferred for long-term treatment of chronic keratoconjuctivitis sicca.
- This product may cause transient blurring of vision and caution should be exercised when driving vehicles or operating machinery.
Ingredients:
The product contains carbomer 0.2 % w/w. Cetrimide, Sorbitol, Water for injections and Sodium hydroxide.

Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new.
Return Criteria
No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.
All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
