Shipping Cost
A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be posted – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, any additional charge will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed)
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. International shipping for mobility items is available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
All orders are dispatched within five working days of payment from our Cork (Kinsale Road Roundabout) location using DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an expected restock date. Please include a contact number with your order.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, though times may vary during busy periods or due to external factors.
Delivery Tracking
You can track your order online by clicking the link below and entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us, and we will provide the tracking details for you.
Returns
Damaged Items
All items are inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact customerservice@phelans.ie within 24 hours of delivery for us to be able to resolve the issue.
Unwanted Items
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned within 30 days will receive a credit note for the product value.
Return Criteria
All returned items must be in “as new” condition and include their original packaging. Wheelchairs and rollators cannot be refunded once tyres show signs of use. Products that require assembly must be carefully disassembled and securely repackaged before return.
