A delivery charge of €6.50 is applied to orders under €50. We offer free delivery on orders over €50* but please note that additional delivery fees may apply to larger mobility items.
Delivery of Larger Furniture Items:
Additional costs will be incurred for the delivery and/or installation of some larger mobility furniture products. Please contact us directly, prior to purchase, on 0214310132 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to speak to a member of staff regarding these items and the delivery.
Do we deliver internationally?
At present, we only deliver within the Republic of Ireland.
We will ship goods within 5 working days on receipt of payment from our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering online.
Delivery is via An Post / Fastway Couriers. Once your order has been shipped, it will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days* (*please note: this is an estimate, based on our current observed delivery times. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods or due to external factors beyond our control)
Packages must be signed for to ensure we deliver them to the correct person and therefore we ask you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items during business hours. At checkout there is an option to specify a different delivery address, should you wish your package to go to your workplace or a neighbour. A valid phone number will also be needed, in case of the courier or our customer services need to contact you regarding your delivery. We respect your privacy and will never use or share your personal information except as necessary to fulfil your order.
You can track your order online with An Post Tracking / Fastway Couriers by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.
If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery period, please contact us by email or phone and we will ensure your package gets to you as soon as possible. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods such Christmas, bank holidays and during promotions or sales. Some items on our website may be made to order and therefore there will be more time required for delivery. You can find this information on the individual product pages.
Please note that any internal delays with our couriers are out of our control, but if you need help locating or finding out the status of your order we will always help and assist however we can.
