Tiger Balm
Tiger balm is a traditional herbal ointment that offers relief from minor muscular aches and pains and tension headaches.
- Traditional aromatic formula
- Herbal relief from aches and pains
Directions for use:
- Adults and children 2 years and over: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin as necessary, usually 2 or 3 times a day.
- Do not apply near the eyes.
- Wash hand immediately after use.
- If your condition does not improve after two weeks or gets worse, seek medical advice.
Warnings:
Do not use Tiger Balm:
- If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to camphor, menthol, clove oil or cajuput oil or any of the other ingredients of Tiger Balm (listed in below).
- If you have asthma or other lung diseases that can result in severe breathing difficulties.
- If the type of headache you have is not the tension type. A tension headache is usually restricted to a slight dull ache on both sides of the head and pressure of a cap-like pain around the forehead, neck and shoulder regions only. If you are not sure whether you have a tension headache contact your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
- If your headache lasts for a long time in one area, is severe or involves any other symptoms such as sickness, dizziness, a migraine, changes in vision, is on one side of your head only, or occurs when you first wake up and/or following strenuous exercise you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist immediately. You should seek medical advice if your headache is different to any headache that you have had before.
- If you have any sort of skin disease.
- In children less than two years of age.
- On open wounds or on inflamed or irritated skin.

Cajuput Oil 7.0% w/w, Camphor 11.0% w/w, Levonmenthol 10.0% w/w, Clove Oil 5.0%. w/w

Shipping Cost
A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before your order is processed)
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this may incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.
Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new.
Return Criteria
No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.
All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
