Product Description

Sudaplus tablets contain paracetamol + pseudoephedrine hydrochloride for symptomatic relief of nasal congestion when combined with fever or pain including sore throat, sinus pain or headache, such as with the common cold or influenza.

This medicine contains two active ingredients:

  • Paracetamol is a painkiller and reduces your temperature when you have a fever.
  • Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is a decongestant which unblocks your nose and sinuses helping you breathe more easily

Directions for Use

Directions for use:

Adults and Children aged 16 years and over:

Two tablets to be taken every four to six hours up to four times daily as required for relief of symptoms.

  • Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
  • Do not take more than 8 tablets (4 doses) in 24 hours.
  • Do not take for more than 5 days.
  • If symptoms persist or worsen talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Children aged 12 to 15 years:

1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed

  • Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
  • Do not take more than 4 tablets (4 doses) in 24 hours. 
  • Do not take for more than 5 days.
  • If symptoms persist or worsen talk to your doctor or pharmacist

 Warnings:

Do not use this medicine:

  • If you have diabetes.
  • If you have a phaeochromocytoma (a tumour which affects you’re your heart rate and blood pressure). 
  • If you have ever had a bad reaction (allergic reaction) to paracetamol or pseudoephedrine or any of the other ingredients (listed below). 
  • If you have high blood pressure or heart disease. 
  • If you have an overactive thyroid
  • If you have glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye). 
  • If you have severe kidney problems.
  • If you have lung disease or breathing difficulties 
  • If you are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, drugs for depression known as Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs), or Reversible Inhibitors of Monoamine Oxidase (RIMAs). 
  • If you are taking beta blockers (used to treat high blood pressure)
  • If you are taking any other cough and cold medicines. 
  • In children under 12 years.

Contains:

The active ingredients in Non-Drowsy Sudaplus are: 500 mg Paracetamol and 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride per tablet.

Other ingredients are: Pregelatinised maize starch, crospovidone, povidone K30, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate.

Each tablet contains 30mg Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride and 500mg Paracetamol

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this may incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days. 

We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Delivery Tracking

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new. 

Return Criteria

No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.

All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
