Sona Omergan provides Omega 3, 6 and 9 Fatty Acids in a well balanced formula, including the essential fatty acids Alpha- Linolenic Acid and Linolenic Acid. These polyunsaturated fatty acids have positive health benefits. Alpha- Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, while EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Directions:
