Product Description

Lyclear Express Shampoo has been proven to be effective against head lice in 5 minutes and helps protect from possible reinfestations.

For use on adults and children over 2 years old.  200ml = up to 8 applications, depending on the length of the hair. 

This product is only suitable for head lice (not pubic or body lice).

Directions:

  • Check dry hair lock by lock for head lice using the enclosed fine toothed anti-lice comb.
  • Apply a liberal amount of Lyclear Extra Strong Shampoo evenly onto dry hair. Be sure to cover all the hair and scalp. Massage well from the roots to tips paying a particular attention to the neck and the area behind the ears. Leave it on for 5 minutes to ensure successful treatment of lice and nits.
  • Add enough water to the hair to work up foam.
  • Wash and rinse the hair thoroughly. Be sure to rinse everything out.
  • Before drying the hair, comb thoroughly with the Lyclear anti-lice comb to remove the lice and eggs. Regularly clean the comb.

Warnings:

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of irritiation or allergic reaction, stop using the product. If irriation persists, consult a doctor. 

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before using the product when pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Keep out of reach of children.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically be delivered in 1-3 working days

You can track your order online with https://tracking.dpd.ie/ by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Return Criteria

All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
