Hylo-Forte Lubricating Eye Drops 7.5ml
The Hylo-Forte Lubricating Eye Drops 7.5ml offer a longer, more intensive treatment for moderate to severe dry eye symptoms.
Directions for use
Remove the cap before use.
- Hold the bottle upside down with your thumb on the shoulder of the bottle and the other fingers on the bottom of the bottle.
- Support the hand holding the bottle with your free hand.
- Tilt your head back, gently pull the lower lid away from the eye with your free hand and trigger the drip mechanism with quick and strong pressure. Repeat the procedure for the other eye.
- After use, close the dropper tip again by replacing the cap.

- Keep out of sight and reach of children
- HYLO-FORTE® is suitable for long term treatment. Please consult your doctor or eye specialist if your symptoms persist or begin to deteriorate or HYLO-FORTE® needs to be applied very frequently (e.g. more than 10 times per day).
- HYLO-FORTE® should not be used if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients
- If you use any other eye drop medication please allow at least 30 minutes after the application before applying HYLO-FORTE®. Eye ointments should, however, always be administered after using HYLO-FORTE®.
- As HYLO-FORTE® is phosphate-free and preservative-free it is well tolerated even when used over extended periods of time. Hypersensitive reactions rarely occur but if you experience burning or excessive tearing please stop using HYLO-FORTE®.
- Please note that temporary blurred vision can occur after application of HYLO-FORTE® due to the viscosity of the eye drops solution.
- HYLO-FORTE® may be used while wearing contact lenses, in consultation with your doctor.
- HYLO-FORTE® is suitable for use with hard or soft contact lenses.
- There are no restrictions for the use of HYLO-FORTE® in children or pregnant and breast-feeding women

- 1 ml HYLO-FORTE® contains 2 mg sodium hyaluronate, citric acid anhydrous, sodium citrate, sorbitol and water for injections.
- Sodium Hyaluronate 0.2% w/v

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
