HYLO-Dual Lubricating Eye Drops 7.5ml
HYLO-Dual are preservative free eye drops recommended for relief from Lipid deficient dry eye and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction.
How It Works:
- The surface of your eye is covered by a thin layer of tears, called the Tear Film which protects, nourishes and lubricates the eye.
- Your tears are protected by a thin oil layer to help reduce evaporation and prevent tears from running down your face.
- Tears are produced by several systems, and if any part of these systems break down, it can result in a reduced quality or quantity of tears
- Tear replacement with eye drops is traditionally considered a mainstay of Dry Eye management.
- HYLO-Dual® contains a natural occurring substance called Sodium Hyaluronate which replenishes the tear film and Ectoin which helps stabilise the tear film
- A stabilised tear film with a health oil layer offers protection from allergens and tear evaporation.
Directions for use:
- Remove the cap before use.
- Before first use only, invert the bottle and pump the base until the first drop appears. The system is now ready for use.
- Place two fingers on the base of the bottle and your thumb on the shoulder.
- Pull down your lower eyelid.
- Tilt your head back and press on the base to release one drop.

HYLO-Dual is a sterile, phosphate and preseervative-free solution containing 0.05% sodium hyaluronate, ectoin 2%, boric acid, borax and water for injections.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before your order is processed)
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this may incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new.
Return Criteria
No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.
All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
