Deramed Massage Ball
This Massage Ball from Deramed reduces tension and increases circulation for fast relief for heel pain and tired feet. It increases circulation and provides relief from pain due to plantar fasciitis, calcaneal spurs and tired feet.
Manufactured in elastic gel, it massages skin painlessly without harming it. This ball can be used in a variety of settings such as at home, at work and on aeroplanes.

How to use;
To use, let the massage ball roll under the feet to relieve stress. For a deeper massage, apply more pressure.
- In either a sitting or standing position, take off your shoes and step lightly onto the ball
- Start by balancing your weight onto one foot, and then placing the toe mound of your other foot on the ball lightly
- Gradually let your foot relax into the ball so that you start to feel the pressure of your body weight connecting your foot to the ball
- Without adding too much pressure, begin rolling the ball all around the foot
- Increase and decrease the pressure to your liking

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
