Sona Iron Complete Tonic

Sona Iron Complete is a specially formulated, delicious tasting Iron supplement with a comprehensive range of co-factor multivitamins in a base of sorbitol and honey. Iron is important for energy, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, oxygen transport, the immune system and cell division. Vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron and vitamin B2 contributes to the normal metabolism of iron.

Directions:

Ages 3-12 years: Take 5ml daily. Ages 12+: Take 10ml daily. Vegetarian Women: Take 15ml daily. Take with a meal. May be taken direct or mixed with water or fruit juice.
