Sona D2000 provides 2000IU or 50µg of vitamin D per capsule, which is important for the maintenance of bones and teeth, normal muscle function, immune system, neurotransmission and cell division. Vitamin D is also important for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium concentrations, the normal function of the immune system and inflammatory response.
