D-Mannose is a completely natural way to help stop UTIs and cystitis symptoms in both adults and children. It helps bring relief from pain, cramping and burning feelings caused by infection.
Directions:
Take a level teaspoonful of the powder dilute into water or fruit juice (or 2 x 1g tablets) every three hours for 2-3 days for urgent support. For maintenance, 1-2 teaspoons a day can be taken.
It is also wise to take a teaspoonful before bed during infection, as well as taking a teaspoonful an hour before sex and immediately afterwards to prevent infection.
