The MEDesign Back Friend is a comfortable, ergonomic back support combining a back rest and seat support.  It is designed to provide optimal lumbar support and thoracic support. The back is height adjustable to suit the individual.

For use in any seat or chair, anywhere, to provide spinal support and to relieve / prevent back ache and lower back pain. It is especially great for travel comfort.
