Cialis for Men (Tadalafil 10mg)

Cialis for Men is a long-lasting, non-prescription treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) in men aged 18 and over. It contains 10mg tadalafil and can remain effective for up to 36 hours, giving more flexibility than shorter-acting ED treatments. Always read the label and Patient Information Leaflet before use. 

Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis. It typically starts working within 30 minutes, though sexual stimulation is still required, it doesn't cause an erection on its own. The 10mg dose is intended for as-needed use, not daily use.

Cialis for Men isn't suitable for everyone, including men taking nitrates, riociguat, or certain blood pressure medications, and those with certain heart, liver, kidney, or blood pressure conditions. Our pharmacist assessment checks this before your order is approved.

Cialis (tadalafil) lasts up to 36 hours, compared to 4–6 hours for sildenafil-based treatments, and works best taken 30 minutes before activity rather than on an empty stomach. Which suits you better depends on your lifestyle.

What are the side effects?
Common side effects include headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and nasal congestion, generally mild and temporary. An erection lasting more than 4 hours requires immediate medical attention.

Is generic tadalafil available in Ireland?
Cialis for Men 10mg is currently the only tadalafil strength available without prescription in Ireland. The 5mg daily dose and 20mg strength remain prescription-only.

Directions for Use

How to take Cialis Together:

  • Take 1 tablet before you expect to have sexual activity
  • You can get an erection when sexually stimulated in 30 minutes and up to 36 hours after taking Cialis Together
  • Swallow the tablet whole with water
  • Do not take more than 1 tablet a day

Hazards and Cautions

For oral use.

Do not take if you:

  • Do not have an erection problem
  • Take any nitrate medicine for chest pain or heart failure
  • Take riociguat (or other guanylate cyclase stimulators) for high blood pressure in the lungs
  • Have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of a problem with your heart or blood vessels
  • Have a severe heart problem
  • Have a severe liver or severe kidney problem
  • Have low blood pressure
  • Have high blood pressure that is not controlled
  • Have ever had severe vision loss
  • Have an allergy to any of the ingredients in this product
  • Have a deformed penis
  • Have ever had a long-lasting (more than 4 hours) painful erection

 

Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before taking if you:

  • Get very breathless or feel chest pain with light or moderate physical activities
  • Have a heart problem
  • Take any other medicines listed in the package leaflet

Shipping Schedule

We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days. 

We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new. 

Return Criteria

No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.

All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
