Using the WellO2 breathing exercise device is easy

The WellO2 device has adjustable breathing resistance, allowing both beginners and experienced breathing trainers to benefit from the training. Based on your preferences and needs, you can also choose the temperature of the warm steam from three temperature options.

The WellO2 breathing exercise device can be used for training both through the mouth and through the nose. When training through the mouth, the warm steam is directed precisely to the throat area, while using the nasal mask also moisturises the nasal mucosa, clears a stuffy nose, and strengthens small muscles in the nose and nasopharynx.

The comprehensive user guide included in the product package makes it easy to use and maintain the WellO2 device. With the device's own cleaning program and personal mouthpieces, multiple individuals can use the WellO2 device.
