Product Description

Guaranteed Irish, ULTRAPURE Laboratories® Arnica Cream is a soothing, moisturising muscle rub formulated to help ease everyday and sports-related bumps, bruises, and muscle discomfort.

It combines Arnica Tincture with Aloe Vera, Sunflower Oil, Grape Seed Oil, and calming plant extracts including Chamomile, Calendula, Cucumber, and Dandelion to hydrate and soothe the skin while supporting natural recovery.

Ideal For:

  • Everyday bruises and accidental knocks

  • Sports injuries or post-procedure care

  • Muscle pain, stiffness, or spasms

  • Bathroom cabinets, first aid kits, or sports bags

Directions:
Apply liberally to the affected area and massage gently into clean, dry skin. Use up to twice daily.

Cautions:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Shipping Cost

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before your order is processed)

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this may incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days. 

We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Delivery Tracking

You can track your order online with https://tracking.dpd.ie/ by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new. 

Return Criteria

No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.

All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
