Sona Omega 3

Sona Omega 3 provides Omega 3 Fatty Acids, EPA and DHA, which cannot be made efficiently by the body and so should be obtained from the diet. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. When combined in a daily intake of 250mg, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Directions:

Adults: Take ONE capsule daily with the main meal of the day
