Sona CoQ10 30mg

Sona CoQ10 provides 30mg of concentrated coenzyme Q10 per capsule. Almost every cell in the body contains CoQ10. It is concentrated in the mitochondria, the area of the cells where energy is produced and is also involved in ATP production - the process of releasing energy from food. The heart and liver contain the greatest amount of CoQ10. Each capsule also contains a small amount of oil which aids in the absorption of CoQ10.

Directions:

Adults: Take one capsule daily with main meal of the day
