Westlab Reviving Epsom Salt 1kg

The Westlab Reviving Epsom Salt is a 100% pure, natural salt that is used to help relax tired muscles. This high quality, pharmaceutical grade Epsom Salt is excellent for use after sports and exercise and is easy to use. This product is 100% natural, vegan and cruelty free.

Directions for Use:

• Dissolve the Westlab Reviving Epsom Salt in a warm bath of 37 – 39⁰C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes.
• For general skin health and well-being, add ½ – 1 cup (approximately 100g – 250g) to your bath.
• To help relax and revive tired muscles use 2 – 4 cups (500g – 1 kg).
  

Foot Bath Instructions:

• Dissolve ½ – 2 cups (approximately 100g – 500g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath with a temperature of approximately 37⁰C.
• Relax and soak the feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed
