The elastic support stimulates blood circulation, which helps to reduce pain and swelling. It also promotes optimal joint temperature to reduce discomfort. This breathable ventilated 3D fabric absorbs sweat during activity which helps remove those nasty odours.

Size: Available in 4 size options - fits left or right ankles at the circumference of the bony prominence above the ankle joint.

Application:

• Remove the Elastic Ankle Support from the packaging
• Slide over the ankle
• Centre and adjust the support for most comfortable fit
• This support should be worn directly over the ankle joint
