Otrivine Adult Sinusitis Spray 10ml

Otrivine Adult Measured Dose Sinusitis Spray delivers an exact dose of medicated spray inside the nose to quickly relieve the nasal congestion associated with sinusitis. It provides up to 10 hours of relief in as little as 2 minutes. It contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride that helps to open up and clear nasal passages by reducing nasal mucus and returning swollen blood vessels to their normal size.

Directions for use:

For adults and children over 12 years of age, spray once in each nostril 1 to 3 times daily.

  1. Clear your nose.
  2. Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into a nostril.
  3. Depress the pump once and sniff at the same time.
  4. Repeat for the other nostril.

Do not use continuously for more than 7 consecutive days. If symptoms persist consult your doctor or pharmacist. To avoid possible spread of infection, only one person should use each bottle.

Warnings:

Do not use the spray if you:

  • are allergic to xylometazoline hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients in the spray (see below)
  • have had recent neurosurgery. Do not use this spray for children under 12 years old. Take special care Before using the spray tell your doctor if you: • have an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism)
  • have glaucoma
  • have diabetes mellitus
  • have heart or circulatory disease
  • are pregnant or breast-feeding.
  • have hypertension

Do not take decongestants for more than 7 days in a row.

Contains:

  • Active Ingredient: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% w/v, (1 mg.ml)
  • Each application contains: 140 micrograms of Xylometazoline Hydrochloride.
  • Also contains: Benzalkonium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, disodium edetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, sorbitol non crystallising liquid (E420), hypro-mellose and purified water.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Delivery Tracking

You can track your order online with https://tracking.dpd.ie/ by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Return Criteria

All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
