Nelsons Arnica Cooling Gel is ideal to massage into your muscles to cool and revive. With Arnica Montana.

Directions:

Apply liberally, gently massaging the gel into the appropriate area. Re-apply as often as required, a minimum of twice daily.

Aqua, Alcohol denat., Polysorbate 20, Arnica montana flower extract, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, Triethanolamine, Citrus grandis peel oil, Limonene (from essential oil), Menthol, Citral (from essential oil), Linalool (from essential oil).
