NeilMed Sinus Rinse is a large-volume, low-pressure nasal irrigation system designed to flush nasal passages thoroughly while you remain upright. The easy-squeeze bottle gives you full control over pressure and flow, making rinsing gentle and comfortable enough for daily use.
Each pack includes 70 extra-strength hypertonic premixed packets of USP-grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate — naturally derived, pH balanced, and free from preservatives, iodine, BPA, gluten, and latex.
What it helps with Nasal allergies, hay fever, and seasonal pollen; sinus pressure and congestion; cold and flu nasal symptoms; post-nasal drip; irritation from dust, smoke, fumes, and animal dander.

Directions for use:
- Firstly pour the contents of a sachet into the bottle provided and mix with 240ml of distilled lukewarm water.
- Next, stand and bend to a comfortable level in front of a sink or large container, leaning your head downwards.
- While breathing, place the tip of the irrigation bottle into one nostril and gently squeeze to release the solution until it begins to flow from the opposite nostril.
- Finally, blow your nose to expel any remaining solution, making sure not to pinch to avoid putting unnecessary pressure on the eardrums.
- Repeat steps 2-4 with the other nostril before cleaning and drying the bottle, replacing the cap before storing away.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this may incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new.
Return Criteria
No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.
All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
