Product Description

Flexitol Rescue Heel Balm provides an intensely hydrating remedy for dry, cracked skin; it leaves feet and heels looking and feeling smooth and nourished. The concentrated 25% urea formulation improves skin's ability to absorb and retain moisture, reversing the effects of severe dryness, with visible results in as little as 1 day. Deeply moisturising and non-greasy, the clinically proven moisturising treatment lotion restores dry, damaged skin and contributes to healthier, softer, and happier feet.

Directions for Use:

Using cleans hands, apply enough balm (approx. 2cm in length) to cover the affected area(s) rubbing it gently into the skin. For best results apply twice daily, morning and night. Always replace the cap and wash hands after each use. Feet may be slippery straight after so mind your step or put your feet up for five minutes while the balm absorbs fully into your skin.

Aqua, Urea, Lanolin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Paraffinum Liquidum, Glyceryl Stearate, Decyl Oleate, PEG-20 Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium PCA, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Benzyl Alcohol, BHT, Parfum.

Shipping Cost

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50* 

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically be delivered in 1-3 working days

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Return Criteria

All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
