Bonjela Teething Gel 15g
Bonjela Soothing Teething Gel is a fast acting gel that creates a protective film on your baby's gums to help relieve pain, discomfort and inflammation caused by teething. Contains no artificial sweeteners, flavours, sugar, alcohol, local anaesthetics or parabens.

Directions for use:
For babies over 6 months (when most babies start teething):
Apply enough product with a clean little finger to cover the sore area and gently massage the gums. Use preferably after meals and before sleeping, in order to help the formation of the film and prolong the duration of relief. Use 3-5 times per day, as required. Recap after each application.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not use if your child is allergic to any of the ingredients. In case of irritation stop using the product and seek medical advice immediately. If symptoms persist consult your doctor or dentist.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before your order is processed)
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this may incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new.
Return Criteria
No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.
All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
