iD Sensitive is a like-for-like replacement with the same absorbency levels and very similar sizing. It has also been specially formulated to be kinder to skin and help reduce dermatitis, which is a common concern for people who use incontinence products regularly.

Do I need to do anything? When you next need to purchase, you may find your usual product has been replaced with the iD Sensitive equivalent. We recommend checking your size against the packaging, as the new products are slightly different in design.

When is this happening? The transition is already underway. If you receive products through the HSE, your supply may take a little longer to change over, but the original iD range will be fully discontinued within the next 12 months. During this period, some products may be temporarily out of stock as the manufacturer makes the switch.
