Sona Fiberplan

Sona FibrePlan is a natural food supplement that provides a great source of natural soluble fibre, commonly called Ispaghula or Psyllium Husk. This dietary fibre works naturally with your body to help maintain regularity and support overall digestive health. Studies also show that increasing fibre intake can have a beneficial effect on total LDL cholesterol levels.  

Directions:

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with at least 250ml of water, or as directed by your health professional. Do not take without liquid or immediately before bedtime. Up to 6 capsules may be taken daily.

Contains:

1000mg Psyllium-seed husk per daily dose

Plantago ovata forsk, Beef gelatin, Bulking agent (Microcystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agents (Vegetable stearic acid, Vegetable magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide).
