Product Description
The Mueller Max Knee Strap is a maximum support level knee strap that provides lightweight targeted compression without reducing mobility. The upper compression tube targets quadriceps misalignment to help improve patellar tracking, and the lower compression tube targets the patellar tendon. The strap has breathable mesh fabric in the back for a comfortable fit, and the side compression tubs help with patellar tracking.
The Mueller Max Knee Strap is recommended for Arthritis, Bursitis, Chondromalacia, Jumper’s Knee, Osgood-Schlatter’s disease, Patellofemoral Syndrome, Iliotibial Band Syndrome, Runner’s Knee, Subluxating Kneecap, Patellar Tendonitis, and Misalignment of the Quadriceps.
Size: One size to fit around the centre of the knee at 12 - 18 inches, or 30.4 - 45.7 cm.

Application
- Remove the Mueller Max Knee Strap from the packaging. Sit or stand with your leg straight and your thigh relaxed. Place the tubular section of the lower strap just below the kneecap, then fasten the bottom strap, followed by the top strap.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Delivery Tracking

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
