Sona Infant D3 (Vitamin D3 Drops)

Sona Infant D3 is a caramel flavoured Vitamin D3 supplement providing the recommended 5μg (200 IU) of Vitamin D in each daily dose.  Each bottle contains 4 months supply. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin that has many important functions in the body including contributing to the normal functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of bones and teeth. Vitamin D deficiency has been highlighted as a national issue as rickets, a severe Vitamin D deficiency disease, has re-emerged in children in recent years causing concern. For this reason, the Department of Health & Children recommends that “all infants, from birth to 12 months, whether breastfed or formula fed, be given a daily supplement of 5μg (200 IU) Vitamin D. This should be provided by a supplement containing Vitamin D exclusively”.

Directions:

Ages 0-12 months: Fill the dropper to 0.25ml mark indicated and dispense directly into the mouth or mix with water or formula milk. Drops should be dispensed directly after meals (after winding if applicable) and at the same time each day.
A plastic, measured dropper is included in each pack for accurate dosing.

Shipping Cost

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50* 

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically be delivered in 1-3 working days

Delivery Tracking

You can track your order online with https://tracking.dpd.ie/ by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Return Criteria

All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
