Sona B-Complex
B complex is comprised of 11 B vitamins, namely, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin (B12), Choline, Inositol, and Para-aminobenzoic Acid (PABA). Because the B vitamins work together, a deficiency in one often indicates a deficiency in another.
B Vitamins contribute to many functions in the body for example: energy yielding metabolism, the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and mental function, normal hair, vision and skin, normal lipid metabolism, homocysteine metabolism, function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Sona B Complex is Time Release – It releases its nutrients over a prolonged period of time thus allowing the body a longer period during which to absorb and utilize these nutrients as recommended by nutritionists. It is also vegetarian suitable.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
