Mueller 9 Inch Ice Bag
This Mueller Ice Bag helps to relieve pain and swelling. It offers excellent cold therapy for all body parts to relieve minor scrapes, bruises, headaches and muscle aches and sprains. It has a wide opening to hold cold water, ice cubes or crushed ice. This Mueller Ice Bag is very easy to use and is also reusable. Its pleated design allows the bag fabric to conform closely to body contours. It offers enhanced pain relief on all parts of the body.

Uses
The Mueller Ice Bag is ideal for application of cold therapy in treating minor scrapes, bruises, muscle aches and sprains, and headaches. Cold therapy is recommended to help relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed recovery. This ice bag will not drip or leak, and the light blue fabric turns darker as it wicks moisture away – evaporating without dripping – so you stay dry.
This ice bag is reusable, and it offers enhanced pain relief when applied to affected areas of the body.
Application
- Unscrew the lid of the ice bag by twisting it counter-clockwise. Fill the ice bag with water or ice (2/3 full) and secure the lid. Put the ice bag on the affected area.
- After use, drain the bag and air dry before putting the lid back on. Only use water or ice with this product.

Shipping Cost
A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
