Optrex Clear Eyes Eye Drops are designed to help cool and soothe red and sore eyes. This formula also helps to reduce the appearance of bloodshot eyes by restoring normal blood flow. Suitable for children and adults aged 12 years and over.
Directions for use:

- For ocular use
- Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
- Adults and Children over 12 years:
- Gently squeeze 1 or 2 drops into each eye. Do not use more than 4 times in 24 hours.

This product is intended for intermittent or occasional use and should not be used for more than 72 hours unless under medical supervision.
Warnings:
- Consult your pharmacist or doctor before use if you are pregnant, if you have any eye disease (eg glaucoma), or have had eye surgery if you are taking any medicines or are receiving medical treatment.
- Stop using and consult your pharmacist or doctor if you have eye pain, changes in vision increased redness or no improvement after 24 hours.
- For external use only
- Do not use eye drops whilst or just before wearing soft contact lenses, or if you suffer from eye disease or have had eye surgery. Prolonged use may increase redness of the eye.

Hamamelis Water (Distilled Witch Hazel), Naphazoline Hydrochloride
Other ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride Solution, Disodium Edetate, Boric Acid, Borax, Glycerol, Sodium Hydroxide (for pH adjustment), Hydrochloric Acid (for pH adjustment), Ethanol (component of distilled witch hazel), Purified Water.

Shipping Cost
A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before your order is processed)
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this may incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new.
Return Criteria
No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.
All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
