Product Description
Easolief Duo is a combination painkiller combining full strength Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. Each film-coated tablet contains paracetamol 500mg and ibuprofen 150mg and is suitable for the treatment of mild to moderate pain.

Do not take with any other paracetamol or ibuprofen products. Always read the leaflet.
Directions for use:
Adults aged 18 years and over:
The usual dosage is one (500 mg paracetamol and 150 mg ibuprofen) to two tablets (1000 mg paracetamol and 300 mg ibuprofen) taken every six hours, as required, up to a maximum of six tablets in 24 hours.
Maximal daily dosing recommendation are 3000 mg paracetamol and 900 mg ibuprofen.
Warnings:
Do not use:
- in patients with severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV)
- in patients with known hypersensitivity reaction to paracetamol, ibuprofen, other NSAIDs or to any of the excipients listed below.
- in patients with active alcoholism as chronic excessive alcohol ingestion may predispose patients to hepatotoxicity (due to the paracetamol component).
- in patients who have experienced asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
- in patients with history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, related to previous NSAIDs therapy.
- in patients with active or history of recurrent peptic ulceration/haemorrhage (two or more distinct episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding).
- in patients with severe hepatic failure or severe renal failure
- in patients with cerebrovascular or other active bleeding.
- in patients with blood-formation disturbances.
- during the third trimester of pregnancy
- in patients under the age of 18 years
Special warnings and precautions for use:
Undesirable effects may be minimised by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to control symptoms. This medicine is for short term use and is not recommended for use beyond 3 days.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days.
We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Exchanges can made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase for the value of the returned product, if proof of purchase is provided and goods are as-new.
Return Criteria
No returns of medicine products can be accepted, whether they have been opened or not, once they have left the pharmacy.
All eligible items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollators are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
