iD Expert Slips are an all-in one adult diaper product that offers an effective solution for managing moderate to heavy incontinence. The cotton feel product features four re-sealable tabs and wetness indicator lines as a guide as to when to change your product. The anti leak cuffs and waist elastication ensure a secure fit with a high level of absorption. We recommend iD Expert Slip for people with limited mobility or who are confined to bed. How to apply the iD Slip to a patient

1. STANDING POSITION | |
 |
Start by folding the iD Expert Slip in half lengthways and gently channel it by running your fingers underneath the back sheet. This activates the waterproof leg barriers. | |
 |
Pass the ID Expert Slip between the legs from front to back and fan out the ends, ensuring the top rear end is positioned at the coccyx. Make sure that the end with fixation tapes is placed at the back. | |
 |
Fix the bottom tapes in an upward position ensuring a secure fit around the legs. Fix the resealable top tapes in a downward or horizontal position to ensure a secure fit around the waist. | |
 |
Check for comfort and fit. Both the top and bottom tapes can be fixed either in an angled or straight position. They can also be refastened and re-adjusted if needed. | |

2. LYING POSITION | |
 |
Start by folding the ID Expert Slip in half lengthways and gently channel it by running your fingers underneath the back sheet. This activates the anti-leak cuffs. | |
 |
Centre the pad by using the wetness indicators as a guide and fan out at the back. Where possible, encourage the product between the patient’s legs. Roll the patient onto their back and gently pull the product up through the legs ensuring the anti-leak cuffs remain activated , then fan out the front of the product | |
 |
Next, fix the bottom tapes in an upward position assuring a secure fit around the legs. Then fix the resealable top tapes in a downward or horizontal position to ensure a secure fit around the waist. | |
 |
Finally check for comfort and fit ( the tapes can be re-fixed and re-adjusted). Make sure the tapes are sticked correctly. | |

Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
