iD Expert Form for Light to Heavy Incontinence
The iD Expert Form is a unisex shaped pad designed to provide maximum performance. The pad is anatomically shaped ensuring a secure fit. The anti-leak cuffs provide extra security preventing any leakage. The pad features an odour control system that locks in any odours keeping you feeling fresh. The iD Expert Form ideally should be used with iD Fix net pants for a correct fit or with your own close fitting underwear.
These shaped pads are suitable for use with a wide range of types and levels of incontinence. The pads feature a white textile back sheet with double wetness indicator, anti-leak cuffs to minimise the risk of side leakage and a multi-layer absorption core incorporating super absorbent powder designed for fast absorption and dryness.

STANDING POSITION | |

Start by pulling the ID Fix pants to mid-thigh and then turn the waistband down towards the knees to prepare to secure the pad. Fold the iD Expert Form pad in half lengthways and channel it to activate the anti-leak cuffs. | |

Then pass the pad between legs from front to back with the back sheet turned away from the skin. Centre the pad by using the wetness indicators as a guide. Fan out both the back and the front of pad horizontally to create a channel shape between the legs. Then smooth out the product, front and back. | |

Finally, pull up the iD Expert Fix Pants into position. | |

Adjust accordingly. | |

LYING POSITION | |

Start by pulling the ID Expert Fix Pants to mid-thigh, then turn the waistband down towards the knees to prepare to secure the pad. Fold the iD Expert Form pad in half lengthways to activate the anti-leak cuffs. | |

Gently roll the patient onto their side and, with safety in mind, bend the knees to create a channel between the legs. Then pass the pad between legs from front to back with the back sheet turned away from the skin and place the smallest area of the pad at the front. Centre the pad by using the wetness indicators as a guide. Fan out front and back making sure the anti leak cuffs stay activated. | |

Finally, pull up the iD Expert Fix Pants into position. | |

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
