Mueller Kinesiology Tape helps to provide support to muscles and joints without limiting the range of motion. It has a wave-pattern adhesive that lifts skin and is 100% high-grade cotton tape. The latex-free, breathable, elastic maintains flexibility of human skin and muscles. It also assists rehabilitation when using the kinesiology taping method and is versatile enough for 1,200 recognized applications.

Mueller Kinesiology tape is used by top athletes around the world to help them get the most out of their bodies. It helps reduce pain while supporting your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Whether you are training for a half-marathon, playing sports, or working hard, you’ll feel comfortable this kinesiology as the tape moves with you. The adhesive is mild and hypoallergenic and is wearable for up to five days.

Uses

Mueller Kinesiology Tape has a broad number of uses in a sports setting. Firstly, it helps restore function to injured, sore or weak muscles and joints. It aids in the treatment of painful musculoskeletal conditions and helps to relieve swelling and edema. Kinesiology tape is complementary to many treated modalities and helps to maintain flexibility.

Application

  • To put the Mueller Kinesiology Tape on - Unpeel the required amount of tape required and apply to the affected area. The tape should be applied to the skin in patterns to mimic your muscles.
  • To remove Mueller Kinesiology Tape - Gently remove tape in the direction of hair growth. You can use Mueller Tape and Tuffner remover or baby oil for easy adhesive removal. Do not remove Mueller Kinesiology Tape in the shower because heat can make the tape harder to remove.

Shipping Cost

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50* 

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically be delivered in 1-3 working days

Delivery Tracking

You can track your order online with https://tracking.dpd.ie/ by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Return Criteria

All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
