Thermoskin Ice Recovery Sleeve

The Recovery Ice Sleeve provides targeted cold or heat therapy combined with compression to support healing of sore or injured muscles and joints, as well as post-operative care and pain management. Utilizing advanced soft gel technology, the sleeve remains flexible when chilled, ensuring comfort and full coverage of the affected area throughout treatment. 

Can be used on the knee, arm, ankle, leg and anywhere you need compression combined with hot or cold therapy.

Sizing 

Measure around the largest portion of body part.

FREEZING - Keep sleeve inside supplied bag and store/place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Once cold, remove sleeve from the bag and slip onto the desired treatment area.

 HEATING - Remove sleeve from supplied bag and microwave for 30 seconds, then test for comfort. If sleeve is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds. Do not heat for more than a total of 60 seconds. Sleeve should be warm, not hot. Slip onto the desired treatment area. Do not heat from frozen.

To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and air-dry flat. Always store it in its storage bag. Do not wash. Applying creams, ointments, or oils under the sleeve can degrade materials and irritate the skin.
