Light, breathable and designed for everyday comfort, Duomed Soft offers gentle but effective graduated compression that meets the British Standard (BS 6612:1985). Latex-free and made with soft polyamide threads, these stockings are ideal for daily wear.

Recommended For
Suitable for primary and secondary varicosis, venous insufficiency, superficial thrombophlebitis, and recovery after resolved phlebitis. Also appropriate for use during pregnancy, for inflammatory venous disease with mild to moderate oedema, and after sclerotherapy or vein surgery.
Washing Instructions
Machine-wash at 40°C on a delicate cycle. Tumble-dry on a low setting. Do not dry on a radiator or in direct sunlight.

We offer a compression stocking measurement service. Our legs naturally swell throughout the day so it is advised that you visit before midday. After this, measurements may not be fully accurate.The measuring fee is €15.
For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges/returns for personal items such as compression stockings.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
