What is Canescool® and when should it be used?

ingredients, Canescool® provides not only an immediate cooling, but also provides a soothing sensation and moisturises the sensitive intimate area.
Why is the intimate area so sensitive and prone to irritation?
Many women occasionally experience irritation of their intimate area, making them feel uncomfortable. These sensations may have different causes such as, using shower gels or soap, wearing tight or synthetic clothing, and also menstruation and hormonal imbalance.
There are many reasons for this:
– The skin on the vulvar area is different to that of the rest of the body.
– The surface pH of vulvar skin is approximately 6, compared with the skin on the forearms (approximately pH 5) for example.
– Further restriction by clothes

Canescool® helps to calm the sensitive intimate area. Through its specific gel-in-oil formulation and selected ingredients, Canescool® provides not only an immediate cooling, but also provides a soothing sensation and moisturises the sensitive intimate zone.
Canescool® contains:
– Frescolat® X-Cool, a well-tolerated derivate of menthol, known for its immediate and pleasant cooling effect
– Glycine, a naturally occurring amino acid with moisturising properties
– Oatmeal extract, a soothing ingredient of natural origin.
How to use Canescool®?
Canescool® can be applied as needed to help to calm and refresh the sensitive intimate area prone to irritation. Canescool® is to be applied externally on the vulva. Do not rinse off with water.

If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients in the product.
What precautions should be noted?
Canescool® is safe to use, however some people might experience burning, discomfort and irritation or worsening of any of these after application of the product. If you experience these symptoms, discontinue use. Do not store above 30ºC.

Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Pentylene Glycol, Isohexadecane, Acrylamide/Sodium Acryloyldimethyltaurate Copolymer, Sorbitan Oleate, 1,2 Hexanediol, PEG-30 Dipolyhydroxystearate, Avena sativa kernel flour, Glycine, Menthyl Ethylamido Oxalate, Polysorbate 80.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
