Optrex Multi-Action Eye Wash
Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash washes, soothes and cleanses tired, irritated and uncomfortable eyes. The specially developed formula gently washes your eyes and provides sensitive and moisture replenishing relief for eyes irritated by dust, grit, smoke etc.
Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash also helps ease tired and uncomfortable eyes caused by contact lens wear, driving, computer use, manual work, smoky or polluted environments. Balanced at the natural pH level of tears and enriched with plant extracts, it gently helps to remove dust, make-up and other particles that can easily get trapped on the surface of your eye.
Directions for use:
- Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash comes with a single eye bath for application.
- Ensure your hands are clean and dry and the bottle's seal is intact.
- Pour the wash into the eye bath until it's about a third full. Bend your head forward, holding the eye bath by its base.
- Place the eye bath over your eye and slowly raise your head with your eye open, so wash flows into it.
- Gently rock your head from side to side for at least 30 seconds.
- If the eye bath is likely to be used by more than one person it is a sensible precaution to sterilize it by boiling it in water.
- Optrex Multi Action Eye Wash is suitable for everyday use.
Warnings:
Remove contact lenses before use. Allow at least 15 minutes before replacing them after use.
If irritation persists seek medical advice. Discard used wash, do not return to the bottle.
If the eye bath is likely to be used by more than one person, it is a sensible precaution to sterilise it by boiling it in water for 10 minutes.

Shipping Cost
A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
