Omron E3 Intense Pain Reliever
The Omron E3 Intense Pain Reliever is a pain reliever with 6 pre-set programs for backs, shoulders, joints and muscles. The device is based on TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) technology, which is clinically proven and widely used by physiotherapists and pain specialists.
The user can customise their treatment by choosing one of the pre-programmed zones: back, shoulders, joints, arms, legs, sole or feet, and can then adjust the intensity level which suits you the best.
It is convenient for use at work, home or travelling by plane or train. The device is intuitive, easy to use and has a large display so you can easily choose a programme and see the remaining treatment time at a glance. There are 3 massage modes and 15 intensity levels available. The long life pads are also washable.
The Omron E3 Intense Pain Reliever contains the main unit, belt clip, electrode cord, pad holder, 2 long life pads, a soft pouch, batteries and an instruction manual.
Uses
The Omron E3 Intense Pain Reliever features a compact design for use at home, work or travelling by plane and train. It works with triple action – it blocks the pain message, triggers the release of endorphins and improves the blood circulation on the back, shoulders, joints, arms, legs, sole and feet.
Application
- Please read the instruction manual accompanied with the Omron E3 Intense Pain Reliever before use.
- Insert the batteries and place the pads on either side of the pain, as per directions in the instruction manual. Choose the preferred massage mode and start using as needed. Omron recommends a total of 2 x 15 minutes therapy in one sitting, up to 3 times/day.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
