The Pressure Relief Memory Foam Cushion has been specially designed for wheelchairs, due to its configuration it distributes the weight evenly over the entire surface, allowing the user to sit for long periods of time.

Tips for use:
- Prevention of bedsores in high-risk patients and as a preventive method of treatment.
- Hip bursitis and idiopathic chronic anal pain (CIAD).
- Help for changes in posture for people, incontinent or not, who remain sedentary for prolonged periods of time.
- Restrictions that require postural control and stability from the pelvic region.
- Relief of postpartum, postoperative pain and pelvic stability.
Washing recommendations:
- The cover can be washed periodically by hand at a maximum temperature of 30º and with neutral soap. Being PU, it does not allow ironing.
- The filling must be aerated periodically.
- If the filling needs to be washed, it is advisable to do so by hand at a maximum temperature of 30ºC.
- Do not use abrasive products, solvents or alcohols.
- It is not machine washable, does not allow drying and does not allow ironing.
Precautions:
- Because this is a flammable product, do not expose it directly to the sun or heat source.

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
