The Pharmacare Female Urinal Bottle is a bottle that is made from sturdy plastic and is anatomically designed to use when sitting, standing or lying down. It is ideal for use while at home or whilst travelling and has a scale for measuring volume.

 Uses:

The Pharmacare Female Urinal Bottle can be useful for women who are injured or bedridden at home or in the hospital and want an alternative to bedpans. They are also a great option for patients who have severe chronic pain and may have limited mobility due to illness or sickness. 

 Application:

• There are three ways you can use the urinal: sitting, standing, or lying down – Your ideal position will depend on any injuries you may have on certain areas of your body and your comfort level when going to the bathroom
• If you cannot be on your feet when urinating, you may choose to sit in a chair when using the urinal, with your pelvis tilted slightly forward and your legs apart
• If you have pain in your knees or hips, you may choose to use the urinal while standing so you do not need to squat or put unnecessary weight on your knees or hips
• If you have lower back pain or injuries on your back, you may use the urinal on one side while lying down
• Once you find a urinating position that is comfortable for you, you can place the urinal between your legs, making sure the bottle is positioned right under your urethra.
• Tilt your pelvis forward slightly, aiming into the urinal
• Once you are done using the urinal, you will need to empty the urinal – Simply empty the urinal bottle into the toilet or a bedpan.
• Wash the urinal with warm water and soap, hanging it to dry so it ready for use

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically be delivered in 1-3 working days

Delivery Tracking

You can track your order online with https://tracking.dpd.ie/ by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking number or cannot locate it, please contact us and we will provide the tracking details for you.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Return Criteria

All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
