Biofreeze Pain Relief Roll-On

For over 25 years, Biofreeze has been cooling the nation's pain. Biofreeze cold therapy provides powerful relief from sore muscles, back aches, sore joints and arthritis. The massaging roll-on allows for hands-free application and stimulates specific trigger points in the muscles. Biofreeze Roll-On 84g / 89ml has a massaging roll-on which allows hands-free application and stimulates specific trigger points, also known as small knots in the muscles.

Directions for use:

Adults and children aged 2 years and over:

Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

Spray on the desired area of the body, massage not necessary.

Rinse hands with cold water.

Warnings:

Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have sensitive skin.

Use only as directed.  For external use only.  In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a doctor immediately. avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and recur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a doctor.  Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.   Do not use with other ointments, creams, sprays or liniments.  Do not apply to irritated skin or if excessive irritation develops.  D not bandage. Keep away from excessive heat or open flame.  Do not use with heating pads or devices.

Shipping Cost

A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*

(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed

Shipping Locations

At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation

Shipping Schedule

We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Returns

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.

Returning Unwanted Items

If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Return Criteria

All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
