Product Description
The Mueller Neoprene Ankle Support is a non-restricting ankle support with soothing warmth and light compression. The close-fitting design, that is constructed from a neoprene blend, helps to provide warm, comfortable support to injured or arthritic ankle joints. The high cut and open heel design is also enhanced to provide comfort to the user and helps to promote healing and flexibility.
The small size fits euro size 40 - 42, or shoe size 6.5 to 8.5.
The medium size fits euro size 42 - 44, or shoe size 9 to 10.5.
Uses
The Mueller Adjustable Elbow Support is recommended to help support weak or injured elbows, and to help relieve pain associated with arthritis or bursitis.
Application
- Remove the Mueller Neoprene Ankle Support from the packaging.
- Slip the support on to the foot, and align the heel opening with the heel.

Shipping Cost
A delivery charge of €5.95 is applied to all orders under €50. We offer free delivery on online orders over €50*
(*Note - This excludes large furniture items such a beds and chairs that cannot be shipped via courier – if your order does not qualify for free shipping, or is not within the specified free delivery zones, any additional charges will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed
Shipping Locations
At present, we ship to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. We can ship mobility items internationally but this will incur an additional fee. Please contact customerservice@phelans.ie for a quotation
Shipping Schedule
We will ship all goods within 5 working days of receipt of payment from our Webstore based at our Kinsale Road Roundabout, Cork location. If goods are in-stock and don't require a medical consultation, they are usually shipped in 1-2 days. We work exclusively with DPD couriers. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone number when ordering with us.

Delivery Tracking
You can track your order online with https://tracking.dpd.ie/ by entering the tracking number you will have received in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns
Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify customerservice@phelans.ie no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery.
Returning Unwanted Items
If your online order does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the price of the product. Returns made up to a maximum of 30 days post-purchase will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs or rollator is suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use, items cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.
