For symptomatic relief from bruising, inflammation, sprains and trauma. Arnicalm Gel contains four natural and beneficial ingredients: Arnica, Comfrey, Calendula and Chamomile traditionally used in herbal medicines for bruising, inflammation and to help promote the natural healing process. Ideal for use after sport to relieve sore muscles. 

• Arnica (Arnica Montana) has been used for hundreds of years in traditional medicines as a remedy for bruises and sprains. It has great pain relieving, antiseptic and anti-inflamatory properties and in recent years has been used for osteoarthritis.
• Comfrey (Symphtum Officinale) promotes the healing of tissue, reduces swelling and helps speeds up the natural healing process.
• Calendula (Calendula Officinalis) is beneficial in reducing inflammation, promoting wound healing and as an antiseptic.
• Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) is used to ease muscle spasms and to reduce inflammation.

Directions for Use:

Apply to the desired area and gently massage. Use as required up to 4 times daily. Suitable for back, neck, arms, elbows, legs, knees, head and face.

Precautions:

For external use only. Do not use on irritated or injured skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. Do not use on children under the age of 3 years. Use the product according to the directions for use. Do not swallow. Do not use the product if are allergic to one of its ingredients.
